Main duties responsibilities:

• Billing
• Insurance (calling insurance companies for update in a timely manner)
• Eligibility and benefits verification
• Answering phones (act as a 2nd front office staff member)
• Assist with booking appointments
• Appointment reminder calls
• Recall

Schedule : 3 hours a day 4 days a week during the office hours of MW: 8 am - 5 pm, TTH: 7 am - 4 pm (PST,) F and Sat: by appointment (potential for more hours)
Salary : $22-$28/hour

• 3 years of dental front office experience
• Dentrix experience is REQUIRED !
• Solid knowledge of insurance, billing, and dental related procedures
• Use and knowledge of ADA code
• Knowledge of PPO plans
