Job SummaryThe Junior Accounts Payable Assistant will support senior Account Payable staff with various tasks.

Your activities
- Match invoices to purchase order & receipt (3-way match).
- Enter invoice details promptly and accurately into company’s accounting system.
- Complete processing of vendor invoices in Ivalua & Lawson.
- Process employees’ expense report in a timely manner.
- Reconcile payments with vendor statements.
- Support senior Account Payable staff with various tasks.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced, high-volume environment.
- Self-driven and able to work independently.
- Strong analytical skills with a sharp attention to detail.
- Strong oral and written communications.
- Positive attitude towards work challenges.
- Open to learn new processes and adapt to change within the company.
- High school Diploma.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel, Word
- Mathematical proficiency.
- English fluency required.
