The role:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Analyst to support our world-class Sales team. We have experienced continued growth and are looking for a sales analyst that can help us take our sales team and operations to the next level. This crucial role will be at the center of managing our sales lead allocation and ensuring follow-up. As a Sales Analyst at SwissWatchExpo, your role includes:

• Allocate all request to the sales team and ensure follow-up and execution
• Dynamically allocate and prioritize tag to sales team in Outlook
• Ensure completion / follow-up; reallocate as necessary
• Once in CRM - allocate tickets to appropriate team member, set priority, and pipeline. Allocate tasks for follow-up
• Help maintain status of tickets in HubSpot and ensure all follow-up addressed
• In CRM, expand role to allocate tickets to operations once sales is functioning smoothly
• Tools and technology development:
• Help test, provide feedback, and deploy HubSpot
• Act as power user and trainer
• Help implement HubSpot automations and reporting
• Set tasks for development suport
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting
• Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance to senior management (across multiple systems - Sortly, HubSpot, Fire
• Build out and maintain process flows of all key sales processes.
• Client Service Excellence :
• Personally, and through the team deliver a positive and professional client service experience from the initial interaction to the final sale
• Support on phone as needed to warm transfer and allocate calls
• Post-Sales Support :
• Manage chargeback process - support Signifyd, lead for other tender types

Key requirements:

• Ability to commute or relocate - Atlanta, GA 30305 (role is fulltime on site)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail orientation - see task to completion and provides high level of quality.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly HubSpot. 2 years experience executing in hubspot.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven experience in sales support and analysis.
• Ability to train and support team members on CRM systems and processes.
• Ability to improve processes - diagnose issues / opportunities and drive change
• Commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
