We have an exciting hybrid opportunity available for an Accounts Payable Specialist at our North Atlanta office.

Summary of Responsibilities:

The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for assisting the Accounting Department in creating accurate and timely financial records for the organization.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform AP and general accounting duties depending on role in the organization.
• Handle AP inquiries.
• Perform invoice review and processing.
• Process weekly payment processing in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Manage Goods Received Not Invoiced (GRNI)
• Perform AP month end close tasks/account reconciliation and review.
• Handle intercompany manual transactions and resolve intercompany out of balances.
• Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.

Education/Certifications:

• Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience required
• 5 years of work experience in Accounts Payable preferred

Required Skills:

• Manufacturing experience - preferred
• Experience with Medius, Oracle and Discoverer- preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
