• Provide leadership to manufacturing employees by being visible, clear in communicating relevant information, and coaching to drive employee performance.
• Accountable for maintaining accurate quality metrics and concise, professional communication with our internal and external customers.
• Drive continuous improvement of site procedures and processes to drive lower customer complaints, higher efficiencies, and lower costs to the business.
• Train and assist in the development/onboarding plans of new hires.
• Analyze opportunities to improve quality and yield by engaging employees through continuous improvement activities.
• Create and maintain a culture of respect, professionalism, and cooperation among the team.
• Participate in the development and implementation of the cost savings program.
• Participate in the development and implementation of the capital project program.
• Administer the Proficy Quality Control program.
• Maintain and calibrate all necessary testing equipment, product specification process, and non-conforming product management.

• College degree in engineering, management, or manufacturing fields.
• 5 years of experience in the quality field, preferably in manufacturing.
• 2 - 3 years of experience in quality leadership role.
