The Contracts Data Review Coordinator is responsible for reviewing existing government contracts and working closely with our legal and operations teams to build a comprehensive contract database. This database will house Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and contact information, ensuring precise communications with security contacts and meeting business unit objectives. This position is essential to enhancing our crisis communications efforts and maintaining smooth information flow from customer contracts.

Location: Remote (Prefer Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana. Open to EST)

Part-time: 20 hours/week

Schedule: 4 hours morning or afternoon each work day Monday through Friday

Rate: $20.00-$25.00/HR

Qualifications:

• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• High School Diploma required; some college preferred (pre-law students are encouraged to apply).
• Excellent communication and telephone skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently on multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Excel and word processing software.
• Detail-oriented, resourceful, dependable, and efficient.
• Experience handling multifaceted projects alongside day-to-day activities.
• A professional demeanor, business maturity, and technical aptitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the point person for building an Excel database of contract commitments by customer, including contact names, phone numbers, and email addresses for crisis communications.
• Investigate the top 200 customer contracts to identify communication commitments in the event of data intrusions, breaches, or security incidents.
• Compile and analyze data to ensure compliance with contractual commitments.
• Work proactively to increase the productivity and efficiency of our crisis communications program.
• Coordinate special projects and follow through to completion.
• Collaborate in a team environment and handle other tasks as assigned.
