Overview:

• As the Application Analyst I for the Technology Enablement team in Real Estate, you will be pivotal in supporting and driving the success of various building sensor systems, such as Density, Enlighted, CoWorkr, Butlr, Freespace, and others.
• This role encompasses vendor management, basic system training, data governance, and system adoption facilitation. You will be the point of contact for users, providing feedback on system issues, requests, and commonly asked questions, and helping users navigate and utilize the systems effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with multiple vendors, including handling enhancement requests, renewals, and escalation of issues.
• Data Governance: Participate in data governance activities, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data across systems.
• System Adoption: Drive and develop strategies to increase system adoption among users.
• System Training: Provide basic training to users on how to navigate and use the systems.
• Point of Contact: Act as the primary point of contact for users seeking information or assistance with the systems.
• Feedback and Improvement: Collect and provide feedback on system issues, user requests, and commonly asked questions, and identify trends to proactively connect the dots and improve processes.
• Gap Identification: Identify gaps in processes related to building sensors and work towards continuous improvement.
• Integration Monitoring: Monitor the cleanliness of data integrations and assist in troubleshooting data issues.
• Project Facilitation: Occasionally facilitate new project work related to these systems, ensuring smooth implementation and integration.

Expereince and Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, operational roles, or applications analyst positions.
• Proven experience in vendor management, including managing enhancement requests, renewals, and issue escalation.
• Basic experience with the Salesforce Platform, particularly Service Cloud, for managing tickets and enhancement requests.
• Excellent customer service skills with a high degree of patience.
• Exceptional critical thinking and analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy.
• Proactive, self-starter attitude with the ambition to grow and learn new systems.
• Ability to operate in multiple lanes, including user administration, learning new applications, and connecting dots with business end users.
• Understanding of how to run projects, hands-on experience with systems, and the ability to grasp user requirements.
• Flexibility in working hours and the ability to stay connected, preferably within the Eastern Time Zone.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in real estate or a similar niche, emerging industry.
• A future mindset of a business analyst, with the desire to lead implementations and solve problems.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to manage tasks across multiple time zones.
• Strong expertise in managing building sensors, both in terms of hardware maintenance and software administration.
• Experience with any of the sensor platforms listed (Density, Enlighted, CoWorkr, Butlr, Freespace, etc.)

Location:

• Preferred candidates will be local to a hub and within the Eastern Time Zone to ensure better connectivity and collaboration.
• Strong preference for Indianapolis, Chicago, or Atlanta locations
