Role Overview: As our Community Events Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of our outreach efforts, organizing and executing end-to-end physical events that amplify our brand's presence in the community. Your mission? To attract and engage customers, making our store a go-to destination in San Francisco.

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Coordination: Plan, organize, and oversee engaging events from start to finish, ensuring they align with our brand identity and attract our target audience.
• Community Engagement: Act as the face of our brand, fostering relationships with local communities and key stakeholders to drive foot traffic and brand loyalty.
• Promotional Strategies: Develop and implement creative promotional campaigns to increase store visits and customer engagement.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with hourly event staff and student ambassadors, guiding and motivating them to deliver exceptional event experiences.
• Location Expertise: Leverage your passion and deep knowledge of San Francisco to tailor events that resonate with local tastes and preferences.

Qualifications:

• Event Management Experience: Proven track record in planning and executing successful events, ideally within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Years of Experience: Minimum 3 years in event production, with significant experience in restaurant and hospitality settings. Sales experience is a plus.
• Successful Go-to-Market Launches: Demonstrated success in launching new products or initiatives into the market is highly desirable.
• Energy and Drive: A highly energetic individual who thrives on being hands-on and is willing to travel around San Francisco to ensure event success.
• Community Passion: Deep-rooted passion for San Francisco and a genuine enthusiasm for connecting with diverse communities.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail, ensuring seamless event logistics and execution.
