HR Representative | Milwaukee, WI (Onsite)
Duration: 2-month contract
Pay Rate: $50/hour
Location: Milwaukee, WI (Onsite)
Swoon is actively seeking an HR Representative to join the team of our client! You'll be an integral part of the team - providing HR support and leadership for dedicated departments.
What will your day-to-day look like?
- In conjunction with the Sr HR Manager, develop HR plans to support the achievement of business objectives and achievement of desired organizational culture.
- Drive common HR talent processes and provide onsite support for all employees.
- Consult with management on a variety of HR and business related issues, both strategic and operational.
- Partner with the Sr HR Manager and facility Senior Leadership teams to translate strategy and ensure alignment to the vision.
- Manage day-to-day ER, staffing, and compensation issues in partnership with managers and COE’s.

What's required?
- At least 3 years of HR professional experience, at least 2 years in a generalist role.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree. Master's in Human Resources or Business preferred.
- Strong experience in a manufacturing environment preferred and knowledge of the medical devices industry would be a benefit.
