Swoon's largest semiconductor manufacturing client is seeking a Data Entry Specialist who can keep an eye on the entire automated manufacturing process, figure out what's wrong with different machines and which defect is the cause, while following SOPs during 3 to 4, 12 hour shifts during the week with alternating off days.

Role: FULL TIME

Hourly Rate: $24 - $26.50/hr

Responsibilities:

• The position is primarily responsible for monitoring wafer processing, responding to alarms, analyzing the situation, following SOPs to handle all kinds of real-time issues, and documenting related works in proper reporting format and template.
• Memorize 50 module defect codes per module, discover trends, production analysis, and mitigate production risk to align to daily goals.
• Work with the team and leadership to manage production efficiency/quality by leveraging procedures, supporting SOPs and identifying bottlenecks/issues to create solutions that support production goals.
• At the same time, responsible for the handover content and summarizing the problems encountered during the handover.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on business needs.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a 6am - 6pm OR 6pm - 6am schedule (3 or 4 days per week for either shift).
• Training schedule would be Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm for the first 30 days in the role.
• Ideally 2 - 8 years of professional work experience in an office or manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
• High School Diploma required, Associates' Degree is highly preferred.
• Ability to remain in a stationary position, often sitting for long periods.
