Compensation: Roughly $54/hour W2 benefits or $62/hour C2C
About the Role:
As a Controls Engineer 4, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing automation, asset connectivity, and machine learning/vision systems. Collaborate with multiple teams across Engineering, Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, Product Change Control, and Safety. You'll have the opportunity to work both independently and as part of a team, ensuring the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Support: Engage in diverse projects involving automation, asset connectivity, and machine learning/vision systems.
- Team Interaction: Work closely with peers, tech leads, and program leads to achieve project goals.

Candidate Requirements:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Electrical Engineering.
- Master’s degree in the above fields is also acceptable.
- Experience: 2-3 years in engineering roles.
Technical Skills:
- Automation & Robotics: General knowledge.
- Networked Machines: Familiarity.
- Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Data Analytics: Basic understanding.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Programming: Experience with robot and/or PLC programming.
- Machine Connectivity: Understanding of machine tool connectivity.
- 3D Modeling: Proficiency in 3D modeling software.
- Machine Learning/Vision Systems: Experience in these areas.
