About the Role:

• As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our talent acquisition strategy for a leading healthcare company. You'll partner closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to source, screen, and select top talent for critical roles. Your ability to build strong relationships, understand business needs, and deliver a positive candidate experience will be essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle recruiting: Lead the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Direct sourcing: Utilize various channels to identify and attract top talent.
• Employer branding: Promote the company as an employer of choice.
• Candidate experience: Deliver a positive and engaging candidate experience.
• Stakeholder management: Build strong relationships with hiring managers and HR Business Partners.
• Market intelligence: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and talent market insights.
• Continuous improvement: Contribute to process improvements and best practices.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition
• Proven track record of successful recruitment in manufacturing roles
• Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders
• Experience conducting behavioral-based interviews and using assessment tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruiting technologies
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
