Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.

Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Respond to IT support tickets promptly and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Set up user accounts, permissions, and passwords
- Maintain IT inventory and equipment
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth operation of all systems
- Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter
- Perform regular upgrades to ensure systems remain updated

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Desktop Support Technician or similar role
- Proficiency in SCCM for computer management
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical users
- Knowledge of VPNs, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and IT infrastructure
- Ability to analyze technical issues and provide solutions
- Experience in network administration is a plus
- Familiarity with Office suite applications
