Job Overview:
We are seeking a Help Desk Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support to users in an efficient and accurate manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, or in-person and resolve technical issues
- Analyze and troubleshoot software, hardware, and network problems
- Provide support for TCP/IP, VPN, ServiceNow, Linux, and other IT-related issues
- Assist with software installations and updates
- Collaborate with the IT team to escalate complex issues
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a help desk or IT support role
- Strong knowledge of software troubleshooting and desktop support
- Familiarity with Linux operating systems
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
