Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining our IT infrastructure, providing technical support, and ensuring the smooth operation of all systems.
Duties:
- Install and configure software and hardware
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues
- Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory
- Provide technical support for Windows operating systems
- Set up and maintain VPN connections
- Assist with mobile device setup and troubleshooting
- Utilize Jira for issue tracking and resolution
- Perform software troubleshooting and provide solutions
- Monitor and maintain IT systems, including SCCM
- Support end-users with Office applications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven experience working in IT support or a similar role
- Proficiency in analyzing and solving technical issues
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure components and configurations
- Experience with VPN setup and maintenance
- Knowledge of Active Directory user management
- Ability to troubleshoot software problems effectively
- Familiarity with SCCM for system management
Nice-to-have Skills:
- Experience working with mobile devices
- Familiarity with Office applications
