Job Purpose:
The HR Generalist serves as a strategic partner to team members, and HRBP’s, providing support on employee-related matters. The HR Generalist offers proactive and responsive support in areas such as employee relations, investigations, performance management, and coaching, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for employees, providing timely and accurate guidance.
Resolve or escalate complex issues to appropriate team members or departments while providing excellent support throughout the employee lifecycle.
Maintaining electronic files for employee documents.
Conducts Stay/Exit Interviews.
Handle administrative tasks including data entry in human resources information systems (HRIS) and audits for accuracy and compliance.
Assist the HRBP with the management of employee Leave of Absences. Take lead of this process and expand knowledge and abilities in this area.
Assist in coordination and facilitation of training and development programs.
Support HR Business Partners (HRBP) and departments by pulling, analyzing, and interpreting data to inform and support effective decision-making processes.
Work closely with HRBPs to stay informed of business initiatives and keep them appropriately informed while building on processes and programs.
Partner with Managers and/or HRBPs on performance management and employee relations situations, including corrective actions, investigations, and performance improvement plans.
Provide support to other team members of the human resources department.
Provide support for HR projects and initiatives, as needed.
Job Specifications:
Education and Experience:
Essential:
2 years of experience within HR
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Desirable:
Experience as an HR Generalist
SHRM or comparable certification preferred
Bilingual (Spanish)
