Symbria is Hiring an Occupational Therapist - OT - Full Time Near Ephrata, PA
This is NOT a remote role. This is 100% treating role at this retirement community with skilled nursing, personal care and independent living.
This position will require coverage at 2 buildings - 75% at Fairmount Homes and 25% at Maple Farms
ResponsibilitiesAs a Full Time Occupational Therapist (OT), you will establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with supervision of the Occupational Therapist Assistants. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.
Qualifications
- Be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapists.
- Hold a valid state license.
- Must have CPR certification, valid driver's license and vehicle insurance. Home health visits will be on campus.
- It’s great to have had acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience but not always required!
