Are you an Occupational Therapist (OT) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at Fairmount Homes in Ephrata, PA is seeking its next employee-owner team member.

This is NOT a remote role. This is 100% treating role at this retirement community with skilled nursing, personal care and independent living.

This will be Part Time status anywhere between 20-29 weekly hours.

Responsibilities

As a Part Time Occupational Therapist (OT), you will establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with supervision of the Occupational Therapist Assistants. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

Qualifications

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapists.
• Hold a valid state license.
• Ability to work weekdays - 3 days per week
• Be flexible to cover another building for few hours per week for interim period that is within 10-15 minutes from Fairmount Home
• Must have CPR certification, valid driver's license and vehicle insurance. Home health visits will be on campus.
• It’s great to have had acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience but not always required!
