Are you an Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) with a desire to make a difference in the lives of the older adult population? If so, we sure have the job for you! Come join our Symbria Team and make a difference in theBeloit, WI area as a Full-Time COTA in Home Health Care! This position is available on a Fulltime, Part-time, or PRN basis.

This is an outside community home health role with travel within 30 mile radius. Mileage reimbursement is included.

Responsibilities

As a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA), you will work closely with the Occupational Therapist to establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

Qualifications

• • Be a graduate of an accredited school for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.
  • Hold a valid or pending (for newer graduates) state license.
  • Acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience preferred.
