Symetra has an exciting opportunity to join our group benefits/operations team a Senior Unit Manager!
About the role
As the Second level of two within the Unit Manager job Family you will be responsible for leading, supervising and developing employees to meet performance objectives for one or more units or functions, which may include time standards, quality & production goals. You will work with department Manager and/or Assistant Director/Director to develop strategies to improve departmental structure and procedures based on team performance, market requirements, and initiatives as applicable. Typically supervises one or more operational units and/or functions.

Compensation
Hourly Salary Range: $68,500- $114,100 plus eligibility for annual bonus program
