The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Professional will play a key role in driving revenue growth by effectively promoting and selling our products or services to potential customers.
**Responsibilities:**
1. Identify and prospect new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation activities.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet those needs.
3. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products or services.
4. Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
5. Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for business growth.
7. Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required by management.

**Requirements:**
1. Proven work experience as a Sales Professional or in a similar sales role.
2. Strong knowledge of sales principles and practices.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
6. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
7. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
8. Willingness to travel as needed.
