Your role
To provide support for the Human Resources function in the management and administration of the HRIS systems. This HR Operations position supports locations in North America.
This role will work a hybrid schedule with days in the office located in our Springfield, Missouri site.
1) System Support
* Inputs shared service transactions.
* Review and approve timesheets. Run attendance points.
* Assist with absence tracking and coding time off.
2) HR Generalist Responsibilities:
* Manages the company's internal Human Resources websites.
* Manages E-Verify and new hire paperwork for multiple divisions.
* Maintains online accounts and update legal posters.
* Reviews/processes payroll reimbursements including fitness center, safety shoes, etc.
* Completes employee recognition tasks.
* Assists with running reports including hours for safety reporting
3) Shared Service Benefits and Leave of Absence Administration
* Oversees leave of absence administration and compliance
* Administers benefits, coordinates open enrollment, configures system changes, coordinates annual plan renewals, etc.
* Assists with benefit tasks and events.
4) Recruitment Support:
* Schedules interviews, arrange travel when needed.
* Schedules pre-employment drug screenings.
* Monitors the background screening process through HireRight and communicates with HireRight customer service when necessary.
5) Provide administrative support to the HR Operations.
6) Other duties as assigned
