You Have: * 5 years of experience in program management or technical leadership in the science and technology sector * Experience in Program Management leading highly technical efforts in the technology space, such as AI/ML, Cloud, or Software Development * Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver effective work products within ambiguous requirements and tight timelines * Experience in capture management and business development * Knowledge of scientific and technological advancements * Secret clearance * Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have: * Experience with leading Agile development teams * Experience with CI/CD principles, methodologies, and tools, including GitLab CI/CD and Jenkins * Experience with programming languages, including Python, C , SQL, or Rust * Ability to stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and scientific advancements * Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills * Possession of excellent presentation and negotiation skills * Possession of excellent leadership and team management skills * Master's degree preferred; Doctorate degree a plus * Project management certification, such as PMP Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $110,100.00 to $250,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
