Location: Herndon, VA 20170
DescriptionOnboarding process for all C2C, W2, and 1099 consultants
Offboarding procedures/Exit interviews.
Collaborating with clients to onboard consultants/ employees including completing required paperwork, background checks, fingerprinting, and equipment setup
Managing background check processes
Renewing work orders, H1B visas, Certificates of Insurance, and other compliance documents
Overseeing benefits such as medical and 401k
Monitoring the termination of benefits, open enrollment, and qualifying events
Coordinating payroll processes with the accounts team.
Managing internal and external announcements
Maintaining performance evaluations
Initiating and organizing employee engagement initiatives and monthly virtual sessions.
Background
1 to 2 years of experience
SHRM certification good to have.
Knowledge of any ATS is good
