Title: Proposal Manager

Location: Hybrid / Hendon VA Office

Responsibilities:

Develop and manage proposal schedules, outlines, and compliance matrices for various RFPs and RFQs.

Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of proposals.

Participate in pipeline meetings

Write, edit, and format written content for proposals, including technical responses, executive summaries, and other related materials.

Review and analyze RFP requirements to ensure all proposal deliverables meet client expectations.

Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather relevant information and develop comprehensive responses.

Manage proposal repository and ensure all proposal content is up-to-date and easily accessible for future use.

Create and maintain templates and standard response libraries to streamline the proposal development process.

Coordinate with graphics and design teams to develop visually appealing and engaging proposals.

Conduct post-proposal debriefs to analyze strengths and weaknesses and identify areas for improvement.

Stay current on industry trends and best practices in proposal development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in proposal management or related field.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and any proposal development software

Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Knowledge of government contracting processes and regulations is a must
