As a Clinical Psychologist at Synapse Solutions, you will be responsible for conducting patient assessments, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients. You will utilize your expertise in various therapeutic modalities to address a wide range of mental health concerns.

Responsibilities:

· Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to diagnose mental health and/or neurocognitive conditions.

· Determine assessment battery, administer tests by psychologist or instruct psychometrist to administer tests.

· Score, interpret tests, integrate data, provide written report for release to the client, referral source, and others as requested.

· Collaborate effectively with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care.

· Maintain accurate and confidential client progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards.

· Stay current with advancements in the field by engaging in continuous professional development activities.

Requirements:

· Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or related field.

· State licensure as a Clinical Psychologist (Psy.D. or Ph.D.).

· Proficiency in patient assessment, diagnostic testing, and report writing.

· Strong interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and colleagues

· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.

· Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
