SynapsIQ is looking for a Call test Engineer who is interested in joining the team. As a Call Test Engineer in the Telecom industry, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of voice and data services provided to customers. You will be responsible for testing and validating various aspects of telecommunications networks, particularly focusing on call handling, voice quality, and network performance.

· Travel to customer locations and field sites

· Calibrate the test phone in Engineering mode to the desired band

· Perform PSAP and 911 Calls requested by the client

· Perform Okla testing for throughput check.

· Update the Team with test results

· Knowledge on Trouble shotting the PCI latching issues

· Coordinate with concerned teams for resolution

Operate independently with minimal supervision

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
