Job Summary: The Receptionist will serve as the initial point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Salary Range$16.50 - $27.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a positive and professional front office atmosphere.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain office security by following procedures and controlling access.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
- Perform basic clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- High school diploma or equivalent
