What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 12-24 months in IT / Technology recruitment, with a proven track record of success. This can be niche within technology does not need to be broad IT.
• Passion: A genuine care for connecting talent with opportunities and making a difference.
• Drive: A winning attitude and a mission-focused mindset, ready to take on challenges and celebrate success!

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and place top talent with our US client base
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market insights to provide the best recruitment solutions.
• Work with the latest AI and data tools to ensure you have access to the best talent
