Job Description:
Role Summary/Purpose:
The AVP, Sr. Product Engineer position plays a pivotal role within the Service Engineering team to manage the audit and certification processes within the team, work across teams on problem management, onboarding and tasks associated with SN, SIAM and 3PM. This role will be responsible for running the monthly COTS and SaaS CoP, managing content across the different audits and certifications as well as leading change control for multiple critical applications. Additionally, this role will provide guidance to team members and leaders within Service Engineering on multiple SYF processes and tools.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Lead change control for multiple critical applications
  • In collaboration with other audit and certification subject matter experts, work across the Service Engineering teams to support these processes and assist with documentation review
  • Assist in the development of communications and process documentation for the Service Engineering team
  • Lead the monthly COTS and SaaS CoP calls to include finding relevant content and creating/communicating the agenda
  • Assist team leaders with on-boarding tasks and problem resolution associated with these tasks
  • Communicate the status of cross team tasks and initiatives to stakeholders and Service Engineering leadership
  • Keep abreast of upcoming changes across the SYF tool set and assist the team in preparing for and navigating these changes
  • Mentor and influence all levels of the team: in this role, you will have the opportunity to influence up and down the chain of command
  • Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related degree with minimum 5 years' experience in Information Technology; OR in lieu of a degree, 9 years' experience in Information Technology
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

  • Critical Thinking, creativity and problem-solving skills
  • Process/quality improvement experience - develop, document and implement new processes, improve existing routines
  • Strong leadership and should have the ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a high-speed, quickly changing business environment

Grade/Level: 11
The salary range for this position is 110,000.00 - 185,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.
Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.
Eligibility Requirements:
  • You must be 18 years or older
  • You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
  • You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
  • New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months' time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months' time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don't meet the time in position or performance expectations).
