syncreon is looking for a dynamic individual who is ready to take on the exciting and rewarding challenge to be part of a **startup operations team** at a technology warehouse, we are opening in York, PA. In this position you will work collaboratively with all staff members to ensure that the product is delivered to the customer on time.

****About the Role****

**How you will contribute**

* Move trailers and other equipment on and off the dock.

* Direct traffic in the yard (including company and non-company drivers).

* Keep track of loads and backhauls in the yard.

* Yard equipment and load checks along with following appropriate safety guidelines.

* Assist management as required to keep the dock flowing.

* Other duties as assigned.

**Your Key Qualifications**

* HS diploma required.

* Experience leading a team.

* Experience with driving a tractor trailer.

* Must have CDL A license with a clean driving record.

* Speak read and understand English.
