The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors.

In accordance with New York law, the base salary for this role if filled within New York is $130K-$140k/year & benefits (see below).

Summary:

As a Senio React Developer, you will be at the helm of a dynamic team responsible for creating highly responsive user interface components and applications. Your extensive experience and leadership skills will be pivotal in shaping high-quality coding standards, architectural decisions, and the overall strategic direction of our front-end development initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of advanced React applications, ensuring performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Mentor and manage a team of React developers, setting goals, conducting code reviews, and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
• Maintain and enforce best practices in software architecture and design.
• Drive the adoption of state-of-the-art web development techniques and technologies.
• Engage in hands-on development, writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment and maintenance.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends in front-end development and react ecosystem, incorporating new ideas into projects.
• Work closely with stakeholders to align technical implementation with business requirements.

Qualifications:

• 10 years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on front-end technologies.
• Extensive experience with React.js and a proven track record of building large-scale applications.
• Proficient in modern front-end languages, libraries, and rendering techniques (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js).
• Deep understanding of state management libraries (such as Redux or MobX).
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and experience interfacing with backend systems.
• Familiarity with code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Leadership experience and strong teaming abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
