Job Details:

Role: .NET Fullstack Lead Developer [Angular & Azure exp]

Location: Richmond, VA/ Hybrid from day one

Summary:

The .NET Lead Fullstack Developer will collaborate, analyze, design, develop, test, maintain and implement premier software while working with cross-functional teams such as product and architecture.

Responsibilities:

• Perform full life cycle application development, including researching available technical options for features, providing guidance and feedback on the findings, and building proof of concepts to confirm the best approach.
• Determine optimal solutions for architecture, efficiency, maintainability, and scalability in cooperation with developers and architects.
• Aid Product Management in the creation of product road maps and ensuring objectives are realistic and achievable.
• Collaborate with Principal Engineers to create solution designs, following Architectural guidance and design.
• Mentor junior developers.

Required Skills and experience

• 10 years of .NET Development experience
• Strong Communication skills
• Strong OOP Skills
• Experience in development using SOLID or similar enterprise patterns
• Relevant experience in .NET Core or .NET using C#
• Experience developing REST APIs using .NET Framework
• Relevant experience with Angular 18 or similar front-end framework
• Experience working with Azure Integration services such as Service Bus, Functions, API Management, App Insights and more
• Knowledge/Experience Microservice based architecture

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience leading team of full stack developer on a day to day basis
• Hands on experience with DocumentDB (MongoDB or ComosDB)
• Hands on experience with EF Core or EF using SQL Server.
