Our Challenge:
We are looking for a candidate to be responsible for coordinating data life cycle management projects and data products executions globally to improve and progress to a world class data driven organization. Additionally, candidate will work closely with Business and Functional area leadership to improve alignment and collaboration around data management globally. Responsible for the planning, coordinating, and delivery of defined deliverables for a multiple projects and program which requires engagement from teams across multiple organizations.
Location: Richmond, VA/Plano, TX/Atlanta, GA
Salary: $90K-105K per annum Benefits
The Role:
The Responsibilities
Candidate will be expected to be able to communicate target outcomes, coordinate delivery, manage risks, ensure compliance to standards, and provide visibility into the health of their projects and programs. Ensure execution and delivery meets the client expectations based on target outcome, timeline, cost. The candidate will be expected to own financial for their projects and programs, assist with resource planning, and facilitate between business and technology leaders across multiple organizations. The candidate will be expected to establish and build relationships with business and technology leaders across multiple organizations, as well as Compliance and Risk.
The individual will work across multiple teams and organization to
1) coordinate and facilitate project and program routines - e.g. kick-of, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc;
2) plans and coordinate delivery and dependencies;
3) facilitates communication and collaboration to achieve the outcomes on time and within cost;
4) dependency management with robust risk mitigation routines and impediment removal;
5) provide status updates to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to expected outcomes, delivery, risks/issues, and schedule;
6) ensure work delivered complies with Enterprise Change Management standards; and
7) tracks the success metrics and reviews performance with stakeholders.
Requirement
You are:
• Responsible for end-to-end oversight at the program level for a specified program and projects.
• Subject Matter Expert in Enterprise Change Standards, financial management, focus on execution and overall health.
• Experience preparing for and facilitates program level routines including pre and post release planning, financials management for project/program.
• Experience partnering with program level technology leaders and architects to ensure solutions delivered align to defined strategy.
7-10 years of applicable experience.
Responsible for end-to-end oversight at the program level for a specified program and projects.
Subject Matter Expert in Enterprise Change Standards, financial management, focus on execution and overall health.
Experience preparing for and facilitates program level routines including pre and post release planning, financials management for project/program.
Experience partnering with program level technology leaders and architects to ensure solutions delivered alignto defined strategy.
Experience collaborating across business and technology teams to identify and mitigate risk and solve program level problems.
Experience with Jira.
Experience with Agile
Previous experience within the Financial Services industry.
