Our challengeThe team is seeking a collaborative, hands-on Java developer This is a rapidly growing and high-priority area, and the growth in users and use-cases.
Additional Information*
The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Mississauga, ON, is CAD $100k - $120k/year and Jersey City, NJ is $110k - $115k/year & benefits (see below).
The RoleResponsibilities:
- Work closely with the client to design, develop, deploy and support new innovative business solutions
- Work within a global team in an agile environment, so strong communications skills are very important
- Comfortable with Java 8 features such as Lambda, functional interface
- Comfortable with multithreaded code understanding, and occasional implementation
- Good experience with Springboot and Microservices
- Comfortable with Spring, Camel, RDBMS concepts in general, JMS
- Comfortable with enterprise applications implemented using Java, microservices architecture
- Technically sound and comfortable with going through the existing code and be a quick starter
- Capability to work as individual contributor as well as teamwork
- Experience with banking domain.
