Our Challenge:
As a Senior React Developer, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the business to work on complex technical requirements. You will be responsible for managing multiple engagements, prioritize and resolve complex problems and escalate as necessary, in a fast-paced environment.
The Role
Responsibilities:
- Lead the full stack development process, providing technical guidance and leadership to the development team.
- Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.
- Merge requests and collaborate with the offshore team to ensure efficient and high-quality code contributions.
- Provide technical support to the business team, ensuring the delivery of appropriate solutions that meet business requirements.
- Support end-to-end testing efforts, collaborating with testing teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and reliability.
Requirements:
You are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10 years of extensive experience in full stack development, with a strong emphasis on React.js and related technologies.
- Proven experience in providing technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring of development teams.
- Proficiency in end-to-end testing processes and best practices.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
