- The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for leading, managing and overseeing all activities on assigned projects.
- The PM is the representative of the project in the office, acting as the primary advocate and point of contact for the client.
- The PM is responsible for overall project performance including quality, budget, and schedule.
- This position leads their team of engineering staff to ensure the facilitation of a project's completion on-time, on/under-budget, and meeting Client quality standards.
- The PM is responsible for directing and overseeing the implementation of improved discipline production tools, standards, and processes.
- The PM communicates with and coordinates production processes and personnel skill development with the Director of Civil Engineering.
- During a project lifecycle, the PM shepherds an engineering project through the project production phases including Design Development, Construction Documents, and Construction Administration.
- The PM communicates with the civil production staff through a project's Programming and Schematic Design phases coordinating the design vision and intent with their project team.
- Work with the other A&E Project Managers to ensure the Client engineering production work under their supervision aligns with the expectations of the client.
