They handle mostly disability, life, health, accidental death, long-term care, pension and professional liability insurance claims for policyholders against insurance companies and employers who deny employment and insurance benefits. Firm's associates are consistently challenged with sophisticated litigation matters and meaningful opportunities in and out of the courtroom.
The Scope Of Work Will Include
- Client intake
- Client communications, meet with clients Preparing ERISA appeal letters, demand letters, pleadings, motions/briefs, etc.
- Legal research
- Court appearances
- Court of Appeal arguments
- Take depositions and engage in discovery
- Assist with trials
- Health insurance
- 401K & Pension Plan
- Paid holidays
- Paid vacation
- Bar dues paid
- Salary and bonus depending on experience and performance.
