Synectics Inc. is Hiring a Sales Office Associate Near Cromwell, CT
- Ensure international/domestic customer orders, (EDI/Email), are processed accurately and in a timely manner to meet customer delivery requirements and to maintain highest possible customer scorecard rating for OTIF
- Verify order information, including pricing, item quantities, out of stocks, item codes, case pack and shipping details
- Resolve any order discrepancies or issues with customers or internal teams
- Coordinate with the Fulfilment Center and Finance teams to ensure monthly gross target is met
- Maintain/ensure accurate and up-to-date records of orders and customer information
- Provide exceptional customer service to address customer inquiries and concerns
- Communicate order status and updates to customers
- Provide off hour support to Fulfilment Center as needed (end of month/quarter/year)
- Handle return authorization issuance process for all customers
- Coordinate certificate of insurance requests for all customers
- Provide Trade Spend support. Working with the field, finance, and broker teams to process documents/deductions within the system.
- SHE Responsibility (Ensure that you & your co-workers can leave work at the end of the day in the same good health in which you arrived at work at the day's start)
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Experience in ERP software is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Technical Certification Bonus: Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.
