- The position will provide structural engineering design for a wide range of projects under the guidance of a Structural Team Leader.

- Bachelor or Master of Science in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering with an emphasis in structural design
- Professional Engineering Registration or Engineer Intern Registration in Arkansas, or the ability to obtain registration through reciprocity
- Knowledgeable in the design of structural steel, reinforced concrete, and masonry
- Proficient with structural engineering analysis and design software such as RISA
- Well organized and the ability to work independently on assignments
