Summary:
In this role you would be in charge of core of delivering talent strategies to enable the business for Syneos Health. Director, Business HR works hand-in-hand with business leaders to ensure that HR strategies are aligned to support and enable business goals. Responsible for managing HR activities including but not limited to: global employee engagement initiatives, change management, compensation and benefits, performance management, talent review and succession planning.
