Syneos Health Consulting is Hiring an Associate Program Manager I Near Morrisville, NC

DescriptionYou’re driven, resourceful, and above all else – remarkably smart.In this role, you will assist pharma consortiums in facilitating the myriad legal, financial, and operational risks and nuances of program management. As an individual contributor in the Risk and Program Management Advisory Group you would be primarily responsible for supporting the creation of high-quality program materials and customer deliverables. You will:
  • Establish a clear understanding of key program and meeting discussion questions, overall timelines, and how her/his contributions relate to key deliverables in the customer contract.
  • Prepare for and attend meetings and presentations. Take notes, write up meeting minutes, summarize next steps and action item, schedule follow-up meetings, and, in collaboration with program management, communicate post-meeting, as appropriate.
  • Create high-quality PowerPoint slides with guidance and specific direction. Address feedback quickly and quality check revisions. Exhibit attention to detail and an understanding of style guidelines. Deliver on-time and communicates proactively when timing is at risk.;
  • Demonstrate technical skill according to the demands of the program, and use skill to create value on programs with appropriate level of assistance, including research and data analysis (e.g., organization of sources, data processing, analysis, and quality checking accuracy) and communicating findings succinctly and clearly, verbally and through written text.
Essential Requirements:
  • Graduate or higher degree (e.g. MBA, PhD, PharmD) in business or life sciences, or PMI Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) / Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Ability to assess customer needs and deliver high-quality, effective communications
  • Must be fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. MS Project, SharePoint) is preferable
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $83,000 to $96,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
