Our client is an expanding Baked Goods company located in Southern NJ. Their products are available in over 30 states across the United States. The role of this Production Supervisor will be to supervise and train multiple employees across different lines.
:
- Ensure that all machinery is running properly and make sure all conveyors/equipment are operating correctly
- Train, retrain and cross train all personnel
- Confirm readiness of area for next shift and supervisor
- Prepare, maintain and finalize all necessary paperwork for shift
- Maintain and adjust machinery to manager's specification after approval
- Responsible for following all Lock Out/Tag Out procedures for machine when necessary
:
- Previous Food Production or similar working environment
- Complete understanding of HACCP
- Experience following GMP procedures
- Previous experience supervising Production employees
