Synerfac Technical Staffing is Hiring an A/R Clerk Near Pennsylvania, PA
As an AR Accountant with Mishimoto your meticulous accounting entries ensure integrity in our financials.
What You"ll Do:
- Oversee our A/R customer accounts and monitor to ensure customer payments are received in a timely manner.
- Take proactive first steps on past due balances including customer collections, dispute filings and other payment resolution efforts. Timing is the key to success. Apply payment applications in our order management system. Accuracy in accounts receivable is key.
- Create weekly statements for our largest customers.
- Provide support for ad hoc accounting reporting or projects.
- High School Diploma.
- 5 years in an A/R role.
- Associate Degree
- Experience with Amazon VC (Vendor Central), QuickBooks or NetSuite
- Attention to detail and meticulously processing financial transactions.
- Proficient in using Excel and other Microsoft Office Products
- Navigating different ERP systems.
- You are passionate about doing your work accurately and timely!
- You are very detail oriented and take pride in making sure that financial transactions are perfect each month.
- You are a team player with a positive attitude.
- You have strong organizational skills. You enjoy dotting your i"s and crossing your t"s.
- You can consistently manage your workload and meet deliverables.
- Normal office environment
