Customer Account ManagerOur client, an innovative manufacturing company in business for over 60 years, is seeking an Account manager to act as point of contact for customers and assist in key functions such as quoting, product delivery, and interdepartmental collaboration.

Requirements : *Represent company by acting as the primary point of contact for the customer and sales reps. *Develop and nurture customer and sales rep relationships from initial quote through final delivery, all with an air of professionalism and approachability.

• Be a problem solver and know when to escalate high priority issues. *Ensure accuracy by double checking and validating all drawings and pricing before sending to client.
• Report pricing issues to the technology teamResponsibilities : *Bachelor"s degree and / or Associate"s degree with 5-7 years customer facing experience*Strong interpersonal skills*Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and must have the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Must be detail-oriented with a solid understanding of the importance of accuracy and precision in work. *Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Must be able to communicate, both verbally and in writing, through phone, email, and virtually.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with many variables. *Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
