This position is senior level operator role with opportunities to advance.Duties : *Responsible to safely and efficiently maintain and operate the Arodo packaging line and palletizers*Maintain high-efficiency operations and monitor plant manufacturing controls, gauges and instruments*Responsible for preventative and predictive maintenance on equipment*Document and create work orders for repair in maintenance information system*Responsible for managing computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) and updating assigned work orders*Responsible for mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic repairs*Maintain correct weight and quality of the bags produced.

Perform Durometer tests on bags for hardness and vacuum.*Complete paperwork and reports as needed; downtime log, used parts log, shift log book*Assist in training new operators.

Requirements : *3 or more years of process manufacturing experience operating machinery*Experience troubleshooting equipment is helpful.

• Have the ability to lift up to 55 lbs. independently; and up to 100 lbs. with assistance.*You must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Upon acceptance of an offer you must be willing to undergo a background verification which includes; employment verification, criminal background check, drug screening and a medical physical.
