Description: This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing contractor in the Richmond area! This person will be responsible for managing costs, leading and growing a team of PM staff and field crew, and get tasks done efficiently. Water/wastewater experience is required for this position. This person should also be confident in building relationships as they will be the client facing individual on projects. Reporting to project sites, you will conduct team meetings and be prepared to step in and self perform various tasks to support the team. - High School or GED required. Engineering or Construction Management degree is preferred
- 10 years water/wastewater experience required
- Ability to build relationships, lead and grow people required
- Valid drivers license required
- Need to be comfortable in client facing environment
- Ability to navigate P6 scheduling software required
