Synerfac Technical Staffing is Hiring a Service rep Near Trenton, NJ
- Provide estimates / proposals and attend site walkthroughs.* Places material and rental equipment orders.* Monitor job cost and performance.
- Periodically conduct site visits and safety audits on active projects.* Complete performance reviews of the foreman / leadman.
- Collaborate with other department and on occasion take lead on interdepartmental projects.* Data entry.* Assist with the training and development of other Service Reps and field personnel.
- Meets quarterly sales quotas.* Performs other duties as assigned* Has a Journeyman or Electrical Contractor"s License in NJ (preferable, though not required).
- Has the NFPA 70E certification (preferable, though not required).* Possess the proficiency to navigate through the NFPA 70 NEC Code Book and interpret the information correctly.
- Has at least 10 years of working experience as a journeyman electrician, estimator, or project manager.* Bilingual is a plus.
