As an Automation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in evaluating, design modifications, debugging, and coordinating the automation builds. You'll work closely with a team of engineers and technicians to bring complex mechanical and electrical designs to life, ensuring that our solutions are not only innovative but also reliable and efficient.
* Design modifications SolidWorks.
* Analyze and understand mechanical and electrical and pneumatic schematics to direct assembly technicians.
* Understands machining processes to direct technicians to fabricate parts and components for custom automation projects.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Job Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from an accredited institution.
* Proven experience in the field of automation engineering, specifically with robotics and indexing machines.
* Proficient in SolidWorks or similar CAD software for designing mechanical systems.
* Strong understanding of machining processes and the skills needed to fabricate high-quality parts.
