OTC Sales Coordinator Responsibilities include: - Providing customer service by answering phone and emails promptly and ensuring that daily service requirements are met in a timely manner - Validating customer credits - Communicating job progress with customers, discussing job problems, and sending completion reports - Reviewing service work, both in progress and when completed, and authorizing invoicing - Interfacing with parts department and assisting with annual physical inventory - Coordinating travel arrangements for overseas jobs - Assisting in facility management and administrative duties Job Requirements Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in electronics or business preferred - 3 years of experience sales coordinating or field service coordination - Strong Excel and Word skills - Valid driver's license
